Important Information

Exclusive License Policy

When an Exclusive License is purchased, the beat is permanently removed from sale. Previous Basic or Premium license holders retain their purchased rights, but no new licenses will be sold for that beat.

Stems Availability

Stems are only included with Exclusive Licenses and only when available. Stem availability is indicated on each beat's detail page.

Credit

Credit is not required for any license, but is always appreciated. If you choose to credit, use "Prod. by Pealz".

Usage & License Enforcement

Each license includes usage limits based on scale, such as total streams. If your release exceeds the licensed limits, you are required to upgrade to the appropriate license tier before continuing such use.

Pealz reserves the right to enforce licensing terms through content identification systems (such as YouTube Content ID), platform claims, or other necessary actions.

License Scope

All licenses grant usage rights only and do not transfer ownership of the underlying instrumental. Pealz retains full copyright ownership unless an Exclusive License explicitly states otherwise.

Non-exclusive licenses (Basic and Premium) may be sold to multiple buyers. Exclusive licenses grant sole commercial usage rights going forward but do not revoke rights from previous license holders.

Governing Law

All license agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of a license shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Austria.

Violation of License Terms

Use of any beat beyond the scope of the purchased license without upgrading may result in content claims, monetization redirection, takedowns, or legal action.
